Service Description
A class designed for individuals who have some experience with Pilates. This class will guide you through a series of exercises that are more challenging, with an emphasis on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Expect to perform exercises that require more control, precision, and coordination! Must have prior classical reformer and Pilates experience.
