The Method Mat

Working out with just your body, a mat, and an expertly trained instructor practice the most fundimental form of Pilates. Mat class offerings include in-studio and online sessions.  

Pilates Methdology has a 24 hour cancelation policy for all privates and classes. Please notify us via email or phone 24 hours prior to your session if a change or cancelation is needed. If not canceled 24 hours in advance clients will be changed the full value of the service.
