Reformer
The classical Pilates reformer is a piece of exercise equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. The exercises performed on the reformer are intended to improve overall strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as to develop core stability and body awareness. Wunda Chair
The Pilates Wunda chair, developed by Joseph Pilates, was to create a versatile piece of equipment that could be used in limited spaces, such as homes or smaller Pilates studios. The Wunda chair was designed to provide a full-body workout, incorporating elements of strength, balance, and control. Must have intermediate Pilates experience.

Tower
The Tower is the perfect combination of springs and mat designed to strengthen and align the body. Experience a transformative workout with a dynamic Tower class that combines strength, flexibility, and balance. Using a specialized vertical frame equipped with springs and attachments, this class offers a variety of exercises that target the entire body.

Mat
Pilates mat exercises were designed to be accessible to a wide range of individuals, requiring minimal equipment and relying primarily on bodyweight resistance and controlled movements. Joseph Pilates believed in the importance of a strong core, proper alignment, and controlled breathing in his exercises.

Mixed Equipment
Elevate your Pilates practice with a dynamic Mixed Equipment Pilates class. Combining the best of both worlds, this class integrates various Pilates equipment such as the reformer, tower, and chair to offer a well-rounded and challenging workout.
